Amnesty International believes that learning about human rights is the first step toward
respecting, promoting and defending the rights of all people. Teaching human rights means both conveying ideas and information concerning human rights and nurturing the values and attitudes that lead to the support of those rights.

FILM CURRICULUM GUIDES
Death Penalty
This curriculum guide on the death penalty includes seven comprehensive lesson plans, as well as further teacher resources and suggested extension activities. The guide was designed for use in high school and university classrooms, but may also serve as a tool in an AIUSA group setting.
